Rental - Terms & Conditions

Rental Terms & Conditions:

1. Rental agreement/stock availability is confirmed only upon payment of rental fees.
2. Refundable deposit will be refunded on return of item(s) in good order and condition.
3. There will be no refunds for "unused" portions of rental or early-termination of rental (refundable deposit will still be refunded on return of item/s in good order and condition).
4. Repair fees/charges done during rental period will be borne by user if determined to be user's fault.
5. Any incidental fees/charges (i.e. damage, repair, missing parts, etc) will be deducted from the refundable deposit, with any balance to be paid by user. 
6. Measurements, if provided, are estimates. Actual dimension of item(s) may vary from description.
7. Transport & Technical Support Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 10.30am to 5.30pm
• Saturdays: 10.30am to 1pm
• Excludes Public Holidays
• Fees apply for transport/technical support outside of these hours.
