Shipping policy

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping/Delivery times are estimates and subject to the following conditions:

  • Will typically be within the period indicated;
  • Will commence from date of payment received, confirmation on shipping mode, us receiving required information, documents and/or clearance (whichever occurs latest);
  • Traffic/loading bay/kerbside/weather conditions at time of delivery; and
  • Our business days/hours.

Due to possibly unpredictable conditions in transit and at destination, delivery times are in "slots" and not specific. We will endeavour to arrive within the "slot" selected/agreed.

Kitchen Express LLP will not and cannot be held responsible for any losses which may arise as a result of shipping times, whether early or delayed.

Any cancellation/modification/alteration to order(s) must be communicated in writing through the e-store or email (info@kitchenexpress.sg) within 24 hours of the order(s) being made. Acceptance and/or approval for such cancellation/modification/alteration is not guaranteed and will be subject to fees ($100 or 5% of the order amount, whichever is higher).

 

    Our business days/hours:

    Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm.

    All orders received after 1pm on a business day will be managed as the next business day's order. Shipping/delivery times will also commence from the next business day.

     

    Business days / "Working days" exclude:

    • Saturdays and Sundays;
    • Local Public Holidays (actual and observed); and
    • Cultural Holidays (eg. Lunar New Year Office Closure)

      It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that:

      • Delivery location is available and accessible for our delivery team at the indicated delivery slot;
      • All permits and clearances are obtained prior to our delivery team's arrival;
      • Delivery information provided to us is correct at time of purchase (eg. address, contact numbers, etc); and
      • Delivery mode provided to us is correct at time of purchase (eg. roll-in, manual carrying, standard/overtime hours, etc).

      Our delivery team only waits for a maximum of 30 mins at location. Additional fees will apply for any re-deliveries arising from:

      • Delivery team leaving location after 30 mins of wait;
      • Incorrect delivery information provided at time of purchase (eg. address, contact number, etc); and/or
      • Incorrect delivery mode selected at time of purchase (eg. manual lifting required on arrival at location, disposal required but not selected at time of purchase, etc).

      Original fees paid for the 1st incomplete delivery will not be refunded.

        Products will be delivered/collected in their original packaging as much as possible. These may include, but is not limited to, the following:

        • Carton Box
        • Bubble/Foam Wrap
        • Plastic "Shrink" Wrapping

        These may, from time to time, be opened for checks either by our team or any party authorised to do so. Shipping pallets and/or crating can be supplied on request, and fees may be applied to your purchase.

         

        IMPORT RULES & REGULATIONS

        For product(s) to be exported, customers are solely responsible for the fulfillment of all rules and regulations at transit and destination countries/regions. We may not be able to furnish additional documents or information beyond what has already been provided at time of purchase. Kitchen Express LLP will not offer or consider refunds and/or returns for circumstances in relation to import/customs/rules & regulation matters at point of transit and destination.
