Refund policy

RETURNS/DAMAGE:

  • Returns can only be made if the item delivered does not correspond to the item that was described on our site (eg. size, type), subject to the following conditions:
    • Items are to be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged;
    • Notification must be given to us in writing within 3 days;
    • Items are to be returned to us within 5 days;
    • We may offer a discount and/or refund in lieu of a return; and
    • Gift cards/vouchers are not returnable or refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds for issues relating to "finishing", "aesthetics", design details, and similar aspects. All our products are designed for commercial use and will come with "commercial" finishing which may include unpolished surfaces, scratches and finishing which may not have taken non-commercial use requirements into consideration.
    • It is the responsibility of the customer to check that all items delivered/collected are in good order, condition and complete prior to endorsing/signing on the delivery order and/or invoice.
    • Any matters in relation to condition and/or completeness of item(s) must be raised at the time of delivery/collection, prior to endorsing/signing on the delivery order and/or invoice.
    • For matter(s) raised after the time of delivery/collection, and/or endorsement on the delivery order and/or invoice:
      • Notification must be in writing and received by us within 3 days of delivery/collection;
      • All required documents, including but not limited to, photographs and videos, must be furnished by customer within 5 days of delivery/collection; 
      • Such documents, including but not limited to, photographs and videos must reflect that the customer's claim(s) existed at the time of delivery/collection and not after; and
      • We will assess the matter(s) raised on a "case by case" basis, and our decision will be final. 
    • For customers using an agent, representative or 3rd party for the receiving/collection of item(s), the endorsement and/or acceptance by such agent, representative or 3rd party shall be deemed to be an endorsement and/or acceptance by the customer.
    • We reserve the right to:
      • Offer a compensation - if the matter relates to a claim for damage(s);
      • Offer a refund - if the matter relates to a claim for damage(s);
      • Make a re-delivery of the item(s) if the matter relates to a claim for damage(s);
      • Make a delivery of the missing/incomplete item(s) - if the matter relates to a claim for missing item(s); or
      • Deny the claim.
    • Beyond the above indicated situations, we currently do not offer exchange(s) and/or returns.
    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


    REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
    Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We reserve the right to amend the terms of the refund, if the item(s) returned do not satisfy the requirements. Once the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

    SHIPPING
    Depending on the circumstances of the return/exchange, you may be responsible for paying for the shipping costs in relation to the returning/exchanging of your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Shipping fees are expended on a "per trip" basis and re-chargeable for any additional trips. If you receive a refund for shipping costs when you are not entitled to one, the cost of such shipping may be deducted from your refund.
